It is imperative to maintain a regular sleep schedule during winter break to ensure you are healthy to return to school in the spring. Set a regular bed time for yourself, allowing at least eight hours of sleep each night, and stick to this schedule as closely as possible. You will be particularly grateful for having done this now when the commitments of school return and make it that much harder for you to maintain such a routine.

During the regular semester, you probably wake up each morning roughly around the same time to get to campus and attend your classes. Your body is accustomed to a certain waking schedule.
